1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are made directly through our secure online payment system.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may vary depending on the number of guests and selected dates.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant and 3-D Secure verified providers (Stripe / WooCommerce).
2. Pricing & Guest Policy
The total price shown before checkout reflects the guest-based rate structure.
The guest must declare the correct number of people staying in the accommodation.
Any undeclared guest or visitor may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required upon arrival to cover potential damages or excessive cleaning.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to property inspection.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: 80% refund.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
6. House Rules
No smoking inside the property.
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
Parties or events are not permitted without prior written authorization.
Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation and respect the neighborhood.
7. Liability
The property owners are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage incurred during the stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
8. Force Majeure
The owner shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
In such cases, alternative dates or partial refunds may be proposed.
9. Privacy & Data
Personal information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.
Data is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
10. Acceptance
By confirming the booking and completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by all house rules and policies.
